The Basque Produce Minibar is our alternative to the standard minibar: a selection of artisan products that tell the food history of the Basque Country in every bite.

The selection

• Getaria txakoli in a small 37.5 cl bottle — chilled and ready to drink
• Cantabrian anchovies in extra virgin olive oil — collector's tin
• Preserves: roasted piquillo peppers, Tolosa beans and Beasain black pudding
• Semi-cured Idiazabal cheese in a 100 g single portion
• A single goxua from a local bakery — the Donostia dessert above all others

The minibar is restocked daily. Each product comes with a card telling the story of the artisan who makes it.
