What makes Rubentis

• 100% Hondarrabi Beltza — the red grape of Getaria txakoli
• Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature — no oak
• Natural sparkle from fermentation in the bottle under an agglomerated cork
• Total acidity of 7.5 g/L and 10.5% alcohol — light, fresh, immediate

Ideal serving temperature: 6-8 °C. Pour from a height to bring out the sparkle. Perfect with anchovies, gildas and bar pintxos.
