The Deep Tissue Massage works the deepest layers of muscle tissue to release built-up tension. Designed for people with chronic neck, back and shoulder pain.

The technique

• Deep pressure with elbows, thumbs and forearms to reach the deep muscle layers
• Oils made with Basque herbs: Pyrenean lavender, Rioja rosemary and wild arnica
• Combined techniques: effleurage, petrissage and cross-fibre friction on tension points
• Specific work on trigger points according to each client's needs

The massage includes access to the water circuit before or after. Arrive 20 minutes early to warm up in the water. Not suitable during pregnancy or for people with thrombosis.
