The cider house menu is one of the great classics of Basque food: five fixed courses that have not changed in decades because they do not need to.

The five courses

1. Chorizo in cider — cooked in an iron pan with the house natural cider
2. Fried cod with Gernika green peppers
3. Cod omelette cooked just right — fluffy and juicy, never dry
4. Grilled txuleta — the dish that brings people back
5. Idiazabal cheese with walnuts and home-made quince paste

Unlimited house natural cider included in the price. Seasonal dessert and coffee not included.
