The Full Basque Breakfast is not a hotel breakfast: it is a taste of the region served before you head out to explore the city.

Everything it includes

• Talo with txistorra grilled to order — weekends only
• Young Idiazabal cheese from a local farmhouse with reinette apple jam
• Apple juice from an artisan cider house — not from a carton
• Speciality coffee roasted by a Donostia roaster
• Sourdough bread from the bakery on the corner, baked that same morning

Served from 8:00 to 10:30. Tell us the night before about any dietary needs — we'll happily prepare for them.
