The Guided Txakoli Tasting is the fullest experience we offer: an hour with the shop's sommelier, four txakolis tasted side by side and a pairing of Cantabrian preserves.

The tasting programme

1. Introduction (15 min) — the history of txakoli, the three appellations and the native grapes
2. Blind tasting of 4 txakolis representing each appellation, with a tasting sheet
3. Pairing with Cantabrian anchovies, gildas and selected preserves
4. Final reveal of each txakoli and personal buying recommendations

Price per group of up to 4 people. Larger groups: ask about availability. Book at least 48 hours ahead. Closed on Mondays.
