What data we process and why

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry.
• Member businesses' data: trading name, address, phone, email, opening hours and social media, which each business provides to be published on its page.

We do not use your data to send you advertising and we do not build profiles.

Legal basis

The consent you give when you send the contact form and, for businesses, their membership of the association.

How long we keep it

Contact messages, for as long as it takes to reply and for one year at most. Business page details, for as long as the business remains a member.

Who we share it with

No one, unless required by law. The site is hosted on servers in the European Union, and the hosting provider processes data only on the association's behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted by writing to demo@kerka.eu. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
